Hand-painted wood cut-out by Louisiana artist Lorraine Gendron. Free-standing and painted on both sides, the second line man measures approximately 5"x15".
The "Second Line" follows a brass band after New Orleans wedding or funeral celebrations. Made up of congregants and bystanders, a Second Line is led by a man or woman carrying an umbrella and dancing to the beat.
Each hand-painted piece is one-of-a-kind. The artwork you receive may differ slightly in coloring and detail from the artwork shown.
